With over 10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Kenneth is a passionate advocate for autism awareness, disability inclusion, and girl-child education. His leadership is defined by compassion, grassroots engagement, and a firm commitment to building community-based solutions that uplift the underserved.
Vanessa Karabai brings 8+ years of experience in sales, operations, and strategy across banking, construction, and social enterprises. A dynamic leader and autism advocate, her work bridges the gap between business and social impact. As a mother to a neurodivergent child, Vanessa’s mission is deeply personal — championing inclusion, financial literacy, and sustainable talent growth. Her role focuses on forging transformative partnerships and nurturing a purpose-driven team to scale community impact.
James Musau leads the finance portfolio at Ready Aiders Foundation. A Business and IT graduate from Zetech University, James combines technical knowledge with lived experience as a person with a disability. His financial stewardship ensures transparency, sustainability, and accountability across programs. James is also a vocal advocate for disability rights, actively shaping inclusive policies and systems that enable equal access to education, employment, and social participation for all.
Evelyne Salome is an occupational therapist and long-time volunteer with Ready Aiders since 2016. She currently serves as Deputy Director at a top special needs school in Qatar. Evelyne supports the foundation’s therapy programs with clinical guidance, strategy, and global best practices in inclusive care. Her cross-border expertise enhances our outreach, ensuring quality, compassion, and innovation in serving children with disabilities across underserved communities.
George Abulitsa serves as the PR Director at Ready Aiders Foundation. With a background in graphic design and a sharp eye for visual storytelling, he crafts content that reflects the heart of the foundation’s mission. George oversees brand visibility, media relations, and digital engagement, helping bridge communication between the organization and its stakeholders. His creativity and strategic thinking have been key to positioning Ready Aiders as a trusted voice in community development.
Stacy is a proud graduate of the Code Her Future Kenya program, where she mastered digital skills in graphic design, virtual assistance, and basic coding. With a strong passion for inclusive development and youth empowerment, Stacy now serves as Programs Admin at Ready Aiders Foundation.
Born and raised in Mathare, she brings both lived experience and leadership to her role—managing day-to-day program operations, supporting therapy logistics, and helping coordinate digital training for girls. Her journey from student to staff is a testament to the transformative power of access and opportunity.
