Secretariat Members

The Secretariat Team is responsible for the daily running of the foundation and ensuring that we are working towards achieving set goals. The team is supervised by the board secretary & CMO and is made up of officers responsible for different functions.

Projects Director

Mr. Philip Mwema

Philip Mwema, is the Projects Director. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of activities of all the Foundation's projects. He is expected to implement and deliver deliverables on time. He oversees therapies in our centers in Mathare and Kawangware, all in Nairobi with a plan in motion to increase to four other counties in Kenya together with the ICT Hub in our center in Mathare. He is also responsible for coming up with new projects, models, and their implementation.

Public Relations Director

Mr. George Abulitsa

He is the current Public relations director for the Ready Aiders Foundation, his key responsibility is maintaining the foundation's image, He is a professional graphics designer with great experience in online content display. Mr. Abulitsa is keen and effective.

Communications officer

Mr. Doncaster Otieno

Mr. Doncaster is the Communications officer, a versatile, multi-skilled, and multi-talented in the media industry, PR, and Communications with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is a pro-active, detail, and result-oriented professional with extensive experience in photojournalism, Communications, article writing, editing, and producing content. He championed unique perspectives gained in organizational leadership and management leadership experience.

Grant Manager

Ms. Judy Kangwana

The current Grant Manager for Ready Aiders Foundation, she is a seasoned sociologist with a degree in Sociology from the Moi University in Kenya. She is passionate about social change and financial reporting about project impact. MS Judy is extremely knowledgeable in creating change in communities by tapping on culture and history and changing community thoughts and patterns.

Research Project Officer

Mr. Caleb Mwamburi

Mr. Caleb Mwamburi is the current research projects officer and researches upcoming projects and advises on how they should be approached. He is also responsible for data collection, preparation of questionnaires, data analysis, and writing research reports.

Design officer

David Mubasu

Having close to five years of design experience, He is inspired by minimalism. He is passionate & devoted to discovering more effective, simple, and minimal ways to communicate through design with clients' target markets. This means constantly going beyond the expected by digging, probing, learning, and experimenting with alternative simple solutions. Simplicity is his hallmark in delivering design solutions.

Projects Officer

Chrispine Oloo

Mr. Chrispine Oloo is a result-oriented project planning and management practitioner experienced in providing administrative support to complete projects. He is knowledgeable in: disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the progress of projects, developing and maintaining project deliverables, project evaluation, and project budgeting, and gathering and inputting data into databases. More so, he has been involved with training various project and business management aspects, project proposal writing, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, field research, capacity building as well as planning and implementing community-based projects. He is passionate about raising the standards of living through research and the development of interventions.

Partnerships development officer

Mrs. Meghna Visaria

Meghna is an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and relationship development intervention (RDI) therapist and expert. She prides herself in years of experience working in India, Kenya, and the United States of America with different kids on the spectrum and getting great results. She currently oversees partnership development for Ready Aiders Foundation.
